How we collect, use and protect your information.
What we collect
When you register to nominate, we collect your name, email address, phone number and town. If you contact us through the Get Involved form, we collect the details you provide there.
Why we collect it
We use your information to operate the nominations and voting process fairly (one entry per person per category), to send you your sign-in code, to keep you updated about the awards if you opt in, and to respond to sponsorship, partnership and volunteer enquiries.
How we protect it
Your data is stored securely and access is limited to the NAMCCA team. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We retain it only as long as needed to run the awards and our communications with you.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing namccawards@gmail.com.
